There are only a few places in the world which always have abundant human energy, 24 hours a day. From the people and not from an event or a rock star or a ride. Fifth Avenue NYC, Wanchai Hong Kong, and Grafton Street Dublin are among them.
I have not yet been to Singapore, but I look forward to someday. I hear that Hong Kong is nearly as nice now as it was as a Crown Colony. That is because it is one of China's few cash cows. Alas, no more jokes about Mao's Little Red Book, I guess. If I get to Singapore, I hope to spend some time in Hong Kong, too.
