Kenju, "ouch" is another way to say John Belushi's line!
NQ, I was trying to guess a repair estimate. Not being in the industry, but having owened more than my share of cars. I kept coming up with "total loss", too!
Notice the driver (youngster): he gets out, looks at the damage, and doesn't move. Just stares. He cannot believe it.
