911 Dispatcher Offers to Shoot Unruly Child
A woman named Lori said she recently phoned authorities in Watauga, Texas, after coming home to find her daughters fighting. She told the dispatcher that her 12-year-old had kicked a hole in the door.
The 911 dispatcher, Mike Forbess, said "OK. Do you want us to come over to shoot her?"
After Forbess' comment, the woman fell silent for about five seconds.
The police chief reprimanded Forbess after “Lori” complained.
Apparently, nobody went to “Lori’s” house to shoot the hole kicking brat.
Oh, well… Maybe next time.
Never mind.

What a waste of our 911 emergency services. That moron "lori" should be fined for wasting taxpayer money for non-emergencies.

I posted about this the other day too! What a moron. Did you hear about the woman who called 911 because the Burger King drive-through window didn't give her the exact burger she ordered? She pitched a baby-tantrum, too. What are we coming to here?

And in other news, I just heard about the 5-year-old girl who was hauled off from kindergarten *in handcuffs* (yes, I'm a little slow; story is from March 18th). Sounds like the kids in that household suffer from a lack of discipline, to be sure, but -- hand and ankle cuffs for a 5-year-old??? Sheesh!!
