It Doesn't Rain In California
Yeah, right!
This picture was taken at Alpine Meadows, Lake Tahoe, CA, today, December 27th. That's 147 miles from me in Vacaville. It's cold and rainy here now.
When I showed this picture to Lacy, she grabbed it and buried it outside.
I have a southern doggie...

Awesome! And tell your brother if he gets on a moped in snow/ice around here, he's going to get creamed!
Not that he can't handle it...its all those other crazy drivers I'd be worried about.
