It's like fishing--Sometimes you get a comment answered, and sometimes you don't--It's more fun when you do though...

You're right, Vince, though this pond seems to be empty. Loved the sheik story, BTW.
Judy, how do you respond? By posting, or by email? I know it would be difficult since you have been so busy with Valentine's and you get so many comments! Deservedly, I hasten to add.

Responding to comments, I tend to email rather than respond in the comments section -- somehow, it feels (to me) like I'm "padding" the comments section if half of the statements are my own. Also, it seems (again, to me) that it's nicer to respond directly to the poster, rather than make them have to go back to the comments section to see if I've said anything.
Then again, I've had a couple of people suggest that I respond in the comments section, so I may try that. Is there some sort of established netiquette for such things?
Sadly, there would likely be a big gap in my responses, since my computer access is spotty at best. Even my email responses aren't what they useter-be. But I does what I can.

Mellie, your responses are always great, and I have enjoyed both the email type from you as well as the comment reply. Often, I reply both ways.
Brenda, you are certainly not chopped liver, IMHO! You are the model blogger to me. It is very nice to get a comment from you when a person spends time and effort to craft a comment on your thought-provoking post. I wish everyone did so - especially those who ask, "Would it kill you to leave a comment?"
